The Best Debate in the Universe - Whose predictions seem more likely to come true?
Monday January 2nd 2017
This week we're doing something a little different: we're making predictions on the new year. Who will die? If you guessed everyone in a Hunger Games-style reality show, you would be me. Also, we have a MODERATOR IN TRAINING in studio this week. This is our Madcast Media Network internship program. It's not exactly unpaid since our interns pay us to be here. Did he do a good enough job to be promoted to a Junior Assistant Deputy Moderator? You decide.
Rucka and I appeared on the ETC Show podcast with Ricky and Eliot for the 2016 "worst year ever" review. This was a great episode, definitely worth checking out if you've never listened to their show before:
Also, the final selection for the first round of SUPER PODCAST CHAMPION EDITION will be made the first week of January (the week this episode is available). Here's the link:
Special thanks to Candid for supporting this episode. Download Candid from your favorite app store and join the "MADCAST MEDIA" group to be a part of the discussion. And if you think you're talking to me, tweet to verify:
And finally we round out the episode with a stupid theory on a Nazi gold train that doesn't exist (but our moderator in training disagrees). Plus, here's the iguana drop I played during this episode:
The voicemail number is: 1-562-58-I-RULE (1-562-584-7853).
Fortune - is considering drone-friendly floating warehouses
Newsday - Digging for Nazi gold train begins in spite of no evidence of its existence
