The Best Debate in the Universe - IS IT OKAY TO PUNCH A NAZI?
Monday January 23rd 2017
This week we have a surprisingly thoughtful debate about whether or not it is, in fact, okay to punch a Nazi. Our guest is an African American, Mike D, who has been everywhere and has managed everyone from A-list stars to new media up-and-comers. And finally, here's the HERO OF THE WEEK clip where the librarian reminds us of a very important fact:
The voicemail number is: 1-562-58-I-RULE (1-562-584-7853).
DCist - People are making memes of the white nationalist getting punched
NY Times - Inciting violence may not be protected speech
The Atlantic - Why we need to tolerate hate
NBC - Man tries to set himself on fire in protest of Trump
MSN - What are the odds? Mom, dad and son all share a birthday. Apparently pretty good.
